DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES:
Flat rate standard shipping starts from $7.00 - $10.00 US. Free standard shipping over $75.00 on all domestic orders.
Signature Required Policy: All orders over $150.00 are shipped with signature required from the recipient.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Kenia Beauty currently does not ship Internationally only ships within United States.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
An order confirmation will appear as your final step in your order process. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with the tracking number and details.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this notification after 72 hours notify us and we will look up your order tracking number for you. Please email email@example.com with your order number. A rep will be in touch within 24 hours to assist you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We're closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be processed Monday - Friday taking 48 - 72 business hours. You will receive an order confirmation once the order is ready to be shipped. All orders are shipped standard shipping, will take 5 - 7 business days to be received.Kenia Beauty is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS:
The customer is the recipient of the shipment ( and the importer). You are responsible for any of these import fees as well as complying with any regulations or laws of the destination country. Kenia Beauty does not collect duties and taxes, the courier will be in contact with you once your package arrives to inform you on fees due. Please contact your local customs office for more info.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellation requests have to be done as soon as possible by email or phone call. Order cancellation will be considered, but are not guaranteed.. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you received the wrong merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you an RA# and instructions for a refund or exchange.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCTS, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases, naturally we cannot take returns on used cosmetics products, all cosmetics sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.
USA SALES TAX:
We collect state sales tax on all orders shipped within California. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed, and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email & packing slip.
